You're Busted
I would say this makes Manny Ramirez's excuse seem impossible. Look at this list and four of the top-10 have been implicated in this garbage. So when was the last "clean" World Series? I know the first two digits start "19" I have no idea what comes after them.

Raphael Palmeiro: 569*

Junior Griffey's stock really rises when you look at that list.
I wonder about Thome (Frank Thomas has always been a man-beast). He had a lot of good years in Cleveland on a team that was, in retrospect, full of roiders. Part of me thinks that Manny's whole 'I'd love for me and Jim to finish out our careers in Cleveland' line was actually a guilty Manny taking a shot at Mr. Thome. Sorta like when Palmeiro blamed his positive test on Tejada.
Either way, lets hope that Griffey finds a way to play another decade or so, otherwise Barry's record may forever hang over the game...

if you re-read your last sentence and put it into context of what Hank Aaron did you can really see how and why it is the all-time greatest record in sports.
Not sure why Frank Thomas gets a pass, just because you don't have the smoking gun shot of him as a skinny little Pirate like Bonds?
There won't be a legit challenger to what Aaron did.
I know many of you and many of the media are giving Pujohls a pass. I can no longer give anybody a pass. Trust no-one.
