With nothing to play for, the Yankees are going to give the regualrs a lot of rest this week. I bet tonight they field a lineup like this:

Hairston- SS
Matsui-DH
Duncan-RF
Miranda- 1B
Hinske-3B

Pena- 2B
Guzman-LF

I’m actually a bit worried about coasting into the playoffs. It’s an advantage to give guys a rest but I want to keep things sharp. I’d say you want to rest your 9 best in your line-up but they should play at a min 3 out of 6 games and with a few guys getting a run at DH. I’d love to see them win 105 too!
