Way to get the job done.
Now for a trivia question. When was the last time the National League won back-to-back World Series titles and what teams were involved? (no looking it up)

I could not remember some of the years in the early 80′s so my guess is then.
I guess you are making a point that you expect an AL team to win next year, right?

hmmm, after looking it up, very interesting

It’s the longest period in history between back-to-back titles for the NL

Dudes !
It is traditional to actually provide the answer to a posted trivia question, ya know?
LOL

I was amazed that when the answer is given, it also was the last two years of a 4 year run by the NL (hint)

I was just giving people some time to look at it because there was a problem with the comments last night/this morning. Anyway, I will give the answer tonight in a post and ask another trivia question.

My guess: Phillies and Milwaukee in the early 80′s.
Having just looked it up, one of those teams didn’t even win it and worse, they were an American League team at the time.
Some baseball fan I am.

You forgot the Brewers used to be in the AL East?

OK, so being the impatient type, I guessed, peaked and was (drum roll please) … wrong.
